We've won the war in Cimih, but unfortunately didn't get our influence high enough to go straight into an election for Sopwith Horizons. Please check that Roberts Hub has changed ownership to us, then sell exploration data and trade goods there. Also, please run TFRM missions and hand in TFRM bounty vouchers.vouchers at Roberts Hub
