Russian Instancing Problems
Sadly, ever since Russian internet providers started blocking certain amazon-based, we have been experiencing problems winging up, or sometimes instancing with our Russian clients.
At the moment, the only working solution is for the CLIENT to install a VPN service on their PC and use that to connect to the internet. Here are the phrases to help them with this:

Cкаченный файл перемещаем по адресу C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\ - или куда вы установили программу.
Then you will need to launch the programme, in the login-password window put the information from the list of servers and that is it, you can re-enter this chat, launch Steam and the game, enter Open and invite your rats to wing.
Далее нужно запустить програму, в окне с логином паролем ввести информацию со списка с серверами, и всё, можно возвращаться в этот чат, запускать стим и игру, заходить в открытую игру и приглашать заправщиков в крыло.
