We've won the war in Vadimo, and the state will disappear tomorrow. Until then, we can still use it to raise our influence there (if you can find active CZ's)

SMMI have won their war in Muspell, and Vercors Lab has changed hands. Now we need to force SMMI to retreat from Muspell by attacking the settlement Macleod's Inheritance, or by smuggling to Vercors Lab's black market.
