The safest way to perform planetary rescues in these modes is to have the client enter the help and info section from the main menu. From there they can use the stuck recovery option. Dispatch can use the !rto fact to give instructions to the client on how to accomplish this.

It is also an option to provide a “taxi-ride” to a client when all other potentials have been exhausted in Odyssey only. This means a rat would fly out to the client, the client would land on a landable planet, the client would enter the rat’s ship in multicrew, and the rat would fly them to the nearest station/fleet carrier with an appropriate pad size and shipyard to transfer their ship. Please note that there are disadvantages to this method, including a potential hefty bill to complete the transfer of their ship. This may not be doable for all clients, financially. There is also a time disadvantage depending on the transfer time of the ship, especially if the shipyard is a far distance from the ship’s last location.
