When to close inactive cases

A case that has been inactive for too long Inactive cases should be closed and filed . If after they have exceeded the times below. In the event that the client returns after their case has been closed, a new case should be generated. Cases should be closed according to the following guidelines:created.

  • 15 minutes after a client leaves chat, and their name / system name are invalid.
  • 2 hours after a client leaves chat immediately, and their name / system name are valid
  • 12 hours after the client leaves chat mid-rescue.
  • 42 24 hours after a LRR client fails to make a meeting time, and cannot be contacted.
